Beautiful hotel in a great location, rooms overlooking the sea, the room was very nice. Room service was very fast and efficient.
The only problem was there was a new girl at the reception desk and we asked how do we go up to the street level. She told us to take the elevator to the 2nd floor and there is another elevator that takes you up to the street level, we went up and were told we had to go back down to the reception and take the elevator, in the end we walked up which was kind of hard for my husband.

Fine Views with Room for Improvement
Perched high with amazing vistas of the sea, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat. The accommodations are spacious and well-maintained, yet the decor feels a bit outdated. The restaurant serves decent meals. Breakfast shines particularly bright. A car is advisable to explore the region comfortably. Service was a mixed bag, with some excellent staff and some inefficiencies.

We enjoyed the inside of the standard twin room, it featured a nice decor. The breakfast available was great with an amazing view. Location: the hotel was really close to the Riviera, a book of desert recipes from the resident Chef and a desert👌

The views from the room were amazing, overlooking the fine Côte d'Azur. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated. The pool area was equally lovely, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere to relax in.
Service could be improved during peak times.

the room was very big and the bed was huge.
some spiders on the ceilling made us company during the night. on the night we spent in the hotel there was no room service and the restaurant was booked up. The breakfast for 20 euros per person in the room was highly overpriced.

It was such a nice view of sea and mountains from my room!! The room was clean and enough space for 2 people. I would love to come back!
Mini bar was very poor.. only a few drinks were available although list of mini bar was showing more kinds of drinks. I even needed to order water to drink.

Beautiful views! Beautiful infinity edge pool! Great bedding. Large rooms. This hotel is built on the side of a mountain just outside of the village of Eze.
This hotel is rather outdated, however, has a lot of possibilities! Rooms are large and comfortable, modern bathroom with double sinks. Grounds really need updating. Exterior of building is rather in need of an update. Hallways outdated. Tout wi/fi, but only in business center area, not room. Musty smell in sublevel hallways.

I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and fine sea views from my room. The modern decor was refreshing, and the accessibility was adequate for seniors.
Improve staff responsiveness during peak times.

The lack of maintenance is glaring!!! The tennis courts look neglected, the parking system is confusing, and the overall decor feels outdated. The pool area needs a thorough cleaning, as debris was visible. Fix these issues, please!!!

Excellent location, fabulous view, good kitchen and a friendly professional staff!
Old rooms, with low atmosphere. Dogs of other guests are disturbing. The pool was cold. The hotel was humid and odours appeared to be masked with some kind of deodorizer. The hotel needs a revamp.
